Stressed mother plant?

Hi I had a 2ft mother plant under 600w light, on a 24/0 light schedule for around 2 months.

However due to unforeseen circumstances I've had to get rid of my equipment. I have kept the plant in sunlight during the day, and under desk light at night. [ around 5 days ]

So my question is as follows; If i put the plant back into 24/0, Will my plant still be able to produce healthy clones or will the stress have undesirable effects? e.g hermies, crap yields.

Should be fine, just let it fully recover before you start taking clones again.
