So I'm hoping someone has some input for me as this is my third attempt asking you guys for advice. My light fell on one of my girls last week and below you will see what is left. I cut away the burnt foliage then cut away the dead/nute burnt foliage. I also included some pics of my other plant so you can see the difference in growth. My question for you guys is what do you think should be done with the damaged plant? Will she recover? Will she just need more time to recover or is it a right off?

First, chill. Panic rushed decisions never help. Its all good. First flush, triple the amount of water for the pot size. After flush feed next Tim 1\4 strength and work back up.

Did that already, and the title refers to the stress of the plant not mine lol. Honestly, I couldn't care less at this point whether it lives or dies, it is what it is. I still have one good plant and next time I know not to try to hang lights with tape lmao. In my defense I've used this tape with much heavier objects that are still on the wall from over a year ago, the problem was the added heat....
