Stretching

I have some plants 1 week only, just popped out the dirt about 4 inches in height. Seem to starting to lean over some. Are my lights too far away? I don’t have a very strong LED light maybe 200w but it’s about 30inches away should I lower ?

If they're stretching lower the light.
That's why I like t5's for the first few weeks.......you can put them within inches and it keeps the nodes tight.

Lower lights a tad. Do you have a dimmer or switches on your lights?

also When you upcan bury stems to an inch of first set of leaves

Yes I do have dimmer switch, lowered some now just wait to see how they respond? Currently on 18/6

do I need to put in a new pot trying to bury steam that far?

how tall do they get under the t5 before you move to bigger light ?

what size pot are they in atm?
When you upcan to bigger pot you can do it then.

Ususlly when you see first set of true leaves they can go under more intense lights. I use t5 for seedlings aswell, I keep em inches away from t5.

You can add some soil in existing cup too if there's room

You have room in that pot that you can just top up the soil.
