Stretching

I have 9 feminised plants (Blue Cheese & Great WHite Shark) that seem to be stretching. What possibly could i do to stop this before its to late. I have a good 2-3 inches in the buckets. Can i just fill the buckets up more and lower the lights. Please suggest any solutions you might have. :confused:

Lower the lights - most of them don't look too bad, but that first one looks a bit stretched...how far you got the lights away? What type of light?

If its CFLs or Grow lights bring them within a foot...

also fill up the buckets, canabis will grow roots from any part of the stem that is burried and i have found that this will help give a strong root foundation a little sooner and thus give more stability overall.

Get a breeze/fan on them (not too harsh) - also bend the plant with your fingers back and forth a bit.

drop you lighhts closer, use cfls to get closest

Drop your light put a little more soil I would go just unde the little round leaves maybe a half inch and you have to get some damn air blowing over them to strengthen them up youll need it when they start producing you dont want them falling over.
