Strongest mushrooms in the world !!!!! Potency wise ....

Hi all,

Now this is a question i have been wanting to ask for a very long time and its bugging me .....

Now i must recall a story from a fair few years back ( at least 10 yrs ) when i was in mexico, forget about these sites and the knowledge they contained on the web
i had no idea they existed back then everything was word of mouth............... The good ol days !!! ha

My only experience of mushrooms at that time and before were the crappy uk mushrooms.

Well while down on the south west coast of mexico surfing, we heard rumours of these mex mushrooms which were 4 hours inland up into the mountains.... i wont give names away unless its okay to do so
rumoured to be some of the strongest shrooms in the world ( which were confirmed by our host who put us up for the night and got us the shrooms
and said they had been tested by many scientists as the strongest ones known at that time)

Now true or just sales bollocks ?? i dont know.... But for me they were insane at the time i never knew a drug could make you see such ridiculousness, colours, morphing, chanting (in my head) and total calm,peace and at one
yet be a total mind fuck aswell

Does anyone know what they could be ???

Now this could be standard of taking good shrooms but we were advised to eat an chew every single morsal on mushroom completely ....head,stalks,grit attached to roots
doing this made our lips an mouths a bluey purpley... <<<< is that normal
we came up with in 10 mins or so, just like regular uk shrooms but the trip got just more intense an more intense until we were cabbaged, couldnt walk or talk but just admire the ridiculous shit going on around us...

What are these mushrooms called ????? For some reason the name spelled correct or not is d rhombus ...... or along the lines of it.

The lady was adamant these do not grow anywhere else in the world

its possible i have a pic of them somewhere,

i just remember these shrooms were just on another level

anyone heard of them ? anyone got info on them ? i would be hugely appreciative of it

What they were called locally probably has no relationship to the scientific name. Obviously Psilopsybe Mexicanis would be my first guess. They are small...a large one being only about 1" across. Also they are trouffle forming mushrooms and the underground portion is also very psychoactive. Look it up and see if that was what they looked like. Many smaller shrooms tend to be stronger by weight then the big ones with the exception of the cubensis which is large and powerful. Sounds like a fun time...

I would wager that azurescens is stronger than mexicana, but over all i prefer mexicana over all others - maybe it is just tradition, maybe it is reverence to Maria S. I dunno, i just like them the most.

uk mushies aint crap if you take enough, yrs ago we would each brew 50 into a tea and that would be a intense 8-12hr trip.

yeah i think so??? i dont know the name of tbh we where kids n just buyin them off older lads who knew what they where picking in a rural area of the uk i lived at the time, over 10yr ago now tho and ive heard lots of the best shroom sites in the uk have been deleted by the gov the last few years.

In mexico its anyones guess what species they were exactly. I think they have well over 100 different actives

The great thing about mushrooms is tea can simply be made strong

tbh it was a long time ago, ive been searching my attic as i know there is pics on a sd card somewhere up there, having no success finding it yet though ... but really think they looked different to your pic...
also we took a pic of a huge cluster of the mushrooms that someone had found in the forest it wasnt picked it was dug up as i think they could keep better or something... the mushrooms were pretty huge.
what you were saying about the underground portion being very psychoactive definately rings a bell...........

i shall keep looking for the pic

yeah uk mushies, yes you trip but ive never seen amazing colours, morphing etc as i described
ive had a fairly big wack of uk ones before an they were not colourful, beautiful or calming........... they were just intense, erratic an dirty lol
BUT, maybe that has something to do with setting...... when they are out in uk its shit weather, dark at 5;30pm and if your eating or brewing them fresh
your usually out an about in shitty wet an cold weather................. haha

forgive me if ive spelt it wrong but its............. st. juan .......... which is about 4 hours south/south east of puerto escondido ( mexico ) up in the mountains
and it was cold up there in the morning/evening

im no acid or mushie expert but the drug is kinda made on yours feelings n environment at said time of taking, uk mushies brewed up strong in a tea is a very intense trip if your not use to our weather n daylight hours then im shore that made said trip not so nice, but ive never had anything but a good trip and a fucking long one too lol from large dosage of uk mushrooms.

Psilocybe Azurescens, most likely are the most potent. But you have "Liberty Caps" in the U.K. - P.Semilanceta are repordedly quite potent also, more than a P.cubensis

I think the syzygy Terrance Mckennas strain are the strongest for sure and I would think Treasure Coast are up there alsoout4.jpg
