Strongest plant material to butter/oil mix?

I'm not really looking for a, well I put this much in and it got me high, but more so a, I've made it with x amount of butter to plant material them this much then this much at which point the butter didn't get any stronger.

So really the question is how much plant material were you able to mix with butter or oil before you started to see the strength of your mix level off.

I've started using much more edibles because for some reason the volcano is running havoc on my lungs.

Thanks for any help. I dose about 3 to 4 times a day lately with coconut oil at 1/4 tsp each time and I have a high tolerance. Just trying to see if I can get it strong enough to get below an 1/8 tsp.

I've never tried to "saturate" anything before. I've easily dissolved a gram of hash in 100ml of coconut oil for making brownies, easily could have used more. And no I've never tried to find a point of diminishing return.

I always used 1 oz of buds to a pound of butter

I personally found that I like making my butter or coconut oil with concentrates instead of cooking down the plant matter for hours. I've still never tried to saturate the butter, but it tastes way better, and you can get a rough idea of what kind of dosage your actually taking. I would think it would be much easier to tell once you did get it saturated since you would be left with some concentrate that did not dissolve. Rather then not being certain if the material you cooked had really been stripped of all of its good stuff.

You can try vaping at lower temperatures (like ~5 on the classic volcano).

I don't think there's a "level off" when it comes to edibles. The more you take the harder it will knock your socks off.

1/2lb high quality shake to around 500ml oil should get your strong oil, good for micro-dosing with small amounts.

Imo. concentrate edibles are not as effective for pain relief as edibles made with flower. I don't know why, they just feel different.

I miss getting so high I could freak out but that was back in the candy flipping days raving in the early 90's in SF.
You miss it, until you feel like you're on a roller coaster, and have to keep reminding yourself to inhale and exhale and not panic.:lol::lol:

This coconut oil I made and the blackberry fire ot came from has some of the best pain relief I have ever felt yet the least amount of body high considering.

I love it.

Thanks for all the replies. I also noticed that vaping concentrate had a much lower effect on pain then vaping flower so I went back and am much happier now.
