Stuck at pre-flower(?)

Hi guys!
Before exposing my doubts, I must warn you that this is all about my first home grown plants, so please don´t "spank me" that much, ok? :)
The idea was to have them in my balcony with the least amount of nutrients (so I could grow them in the most possible natural way - mistake, I know). I´ve used only ATAMI Bcuzz Component and Root Stimulator so far.

So, the thing is... I´ve planted this two Hindu Kush from Sensi Seeds with only 2 days difference. One of them, I believe is doing ok, since I wasn´t expecting to have a large yield in this conditions. The other one is taller but seems to be stuck and not evolving on flower stage.

What advice or explanations do you have for this.

Sorry for my english, but it´s not my native language!!

Thanks in advance!

Thanks hotrodharley!
The thing is that the one that is less developed has been like this for almost 2 weeks. I´ve probably used the wrong word...since they´re already in flower and not "pre-flower"...Sry 4 that!
I´ve also thought about bloom fertilizer... and that´s probably my only solution right now.

Cultivate your medium well. Poke holes THROUGH the main root mass under the plant. Barbecue skewers work great. Add some Great White or Mykos. Both help with uptake of phosphorus .

I´m thinking about harvesting this one tomorrow.
Most of the remaining fan leaves are 70% dried. Believe tricomes are leaving white and turning yellow. Soil is just a bit moist. Thinking about leaving her inside a closet during the night.

Any opinion if I´m doing this right?
It will be my first one, guys!! Like losing virginity!! :P

Don't harvest that , way too early , which means poor potency and taste in addition to less yield

Hmm... Ok!
So what signs should I be looking for ahead?! It´s day 71 of the plant!
I´ve been flushing already... :( Shall I go back to nutrients and flush after?

I would and we don't count days till we flip to 12/12 light

I got back to nutrients. Will start flushing next weekend probably.
It´s an auto flower, so there wasn´t a change in the light period. I´ve counted the days since planted so I could have a reference to put against the period to flower announced by the producer.... which was 60 days.

That's nowhere near done.

I went back to nutrients. Today it has kind of an ammonia smell. Been searching form signs of mold, but could´t find any. I have a feeling that it is possibly a bit late to harvest, but this can be just my anxiety. :P
I´m thinking about starting to flush next time i feed it. Possibly sometime during next 2 days.

What you guys think?

Likely you want to check the trichomes with a jewelers loupe to see when they've all turned cloudy to tell when it's ready to pluck.

That has a few weeks or more to go; I'd say 5? Again maybe more. Fuck the days it says it should or could be ready in. Let the plant tell you, she will die off as the swelling starts, leaves will yellow and she will think fall is coming (lol if you're outdoor then it is and I hate it) but yeah dude if you have to ask is it ready, usually give it a week or more and come back and judge then
