Study shows cancer uses fructose to feed and grow...

yet another reason HFCS are bad for you. the study was done at UCLA.

"Pancreatic cancers use the sugar fructose, very common in the Western diet, to activate a key cellular pathway that drives cell division, helping the cancer grow more quickly, a study by researchers at UCLA's Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center has found.
Although it is widely known that cancers use glucose, a simple sugar, to fuel their growth, this is the first time a link has been shown between fructose and cancer proliferation, said the study's senior author, Dr. Anthony Heaney, an associate professor of medicine and neurosurgery and a Jonsson Cancer Center researcher."

My only thought is, why did you post this in Politics? Is Fructose running for office?

i didn't really know where else to post it. it does say news and politics so i thought this would be the best place. but maybe some politicians should be worrying about this stuff.

i hear you man. i dont even drink sodas now for real. i grew up on coke's and dr peppers tho. sometimes i just get this craving for them its crazy. thats how they get you.

call it what you want. it's deadly either way. what we eat directly affects the disease/infection and can either fuel it or kill it. we must stop believe the b/s that is spoon fed to us. do you have any links to studies? i think i remember hearing something about the connection, but some kind of proof would be nice.
