I've looked everywhere for an answer and can't seem to find it! I have two 3 week seedlings and the growth seems to be stunted. One of them has its first set of leaves with coyteldons and the green is normal its just not growing. And tthe2nd plant has dark green leaves with yellow cotyledons. So I think I've been overwatering but have waited over 5 days to see if plants will bounce back and no new growth has happened. My temps are 75 - 80 and rh is 35 - 45. I've been watering with RO water nd it seems all my plants have red stems so I think its a magnesium def but can't get any yet since I dont have any money. Thanks for all your help guys! And ill post pics in a lil bit

I start in one gallon fabric pots filled with Fox Farm Light Warrior. I've never needed to feed until the third or fourth week and often even then I wait because that's the same time I transplant to a larger container with fresh potting soil. Once in a great while a seedling doesn't make it. There isn't a whole lot you can do besides giving it warmth, water, and protection from the elements. In the case of seedlings, less is more. To much water, heat, touching, and the wrong type of soil can kill them

Easy ,
Your pots are to big , your seedlings have only developed their noob leafs, all seedlings stall at this stage for a while whilst finding their feet,
overwatering won't help.
They look real healthy to me.

They look fine to me from what i can see/tell....
And over watering wont help abd like someone has
Said you'll just have to wait it out and give them time
And no nutes yet bc the soil should have enough nutes
In it to hold the plants over for a little while. Good
Luck on your grow :)

What is the PH of your medium?

Discoloured leaves = PH issues (as a general rule for new growers)
