My plant is stunted a little 3 1/2 weeks into flower looking a little like it's not growing

Indoors or out?
Growing in soil/coco/clay pebbles......?
Using what nutrients.....?
pH and EC.....?
The PIN number for your ATM cards......?
Heat and humidity of grow area....?

Well depending on the strain at some point around 3-4 weeks of flower the stretch stops. Growth is directed toward making fat buds rather than height.

It was root bound thanks for the response, how long does it take to recover from transplanting during flowering
