Stunted growth

Hey guys,

I am on my first grow here and experiencing stunted growth. The seedlings are 2 weeks in but still have only sprouted one set of leaves and are really small still. I have a standard grow tent set up. 25 degrees, 45 percent humidity. 18 hours of light per day with ventilation running all day. I am growing in a coir substrate in a red solo cup.

it seems like they aren't growing as they have been at the same point for a at least 5 days, but still appear to be healthy. I started adding a weak nutrient solution a couple days ago (advanced nutrients 3 part lus big bud). I am kind of thinking I am not providing enough nutrients maybe. My other concern is a didn't buffer the coir prior to planting as I wasn't aware of that.

Any help would be appreciated

I’m starting coco too, but from what I’ve read, there should be about 20% run off.
Hopefully the temps are in C and not F lol.
The humidity could be higher, but at 2 weeks, I think you would have more growth.
How often are you feeding nutrients? Also, how much of those nutes are you feeding?

More humidity. No big bud. Only feed that 3 weeks into flower.

I would not be doing any nutrients yet. They have plenty in the seed for the initial grow stage (first three weeks or so until the roots are established) and don't use any additives yet... just base nutrients when you do start them.

Hmm, okay. after the 2nd week and there was no more growth I figured it needed more nutrients to develop, no?
If it continues to not make any progress here is it worth trying to keep it going or should I start over with new seeds? They are pretty much the same size approaching on 3 weeks now...

Thanks guys
