B bmxgrower Active Member Oct 15, 2008 #1 Can some one give tips on how to stunt the height of a plant with out destroying its capabilities. I heard you can stake down the branches almost like a bush. I need the plants to stay under 4 ft tall. will they yield at this height?

nathenking Well-Known Member Oct 15, 2008 #3 LST works or you can top em? which usually promotes a bushiness from the plant. Or just slowly start bending the main stem daily until it is at a 90 degree angle. This will also promote a hormone that will make the plant grow sideways instead of up.
