peat moss based medium is great for starting seedlings, they like the more acidic environment during that stage. Hyroots suggestion sounds great since you won't need any additional nutes with the worm castings. Ive found composted sheep manure to work pretty well too.

If your base mix is really hot just use a small pot of coco or promix, something of that nature untill she's grows a bit then transplant into your pots with supersoil. Good luck man supersoil is some amazing stuff. Is it subcools recipe?

The base mix that I will be transplanting into contains way to many nutrients for the seedlings if I'm correct which will burn or kill my plant if I'm mistaken please let me know!!!!!
It will not kill your sprouts, it won't kill them either. Your plants won't perish unless you over water them

Sorry for the delay, I do roughly 3:1 mix of promix:manure. Don't worry about burning with peat moss early on, seedlings and small plants seem to love the more acidic environment. Peat moss pellets like the ones jiffy makes are great for this since they come in those little contained sacks but cutting off the bottom netting is something I found helps the roots expand faster.
