substitute for rockwool

Lowes is outta rockwool is there something else I can use instead?

The wool cubes...Is that the only thing i can use or is there a trick?? so i can try and get my seeds going...Im having no luck im about to sell this thing

Go to your local hydro store, mine has peat plugs. Kinda like rockwool cept it dosent hold water nearly as much, and you dont have to worry about the PH cuz its nuetral to begin with.

You can cut a good sponge, the kind they sell for car washing not the cheap ones. I prefer rapid rooters.
