I am trying to emulate some of the expensive fertilizer systems. How much sugar per gallon (or 10 gallons) should be added. I have brown cane sugar. Do not think they use refined sugar.
Thanks!!!
Molasses. Preferably black strap, thats what you're looking for. Assuming your using soil, if hydro through personal experience I tell you don't use it. Destroyed my roots and clogged everything, plant stayed healthy but too much hassle. If hydro just buy a 1 liter of sugar daddy for 25 on ebay, save yourself the hassle.
Zato: mollases is what we're taught to use at school, but without sulfur. Usually mixed with a compost tea. 1 tablespoon of molasses plus a table spoon of tea to a gallon of water. I've had good luck with that concoction. I hope that helps. HSA
Actually switching to aeroponic, and already have problems with spray heads clogging. The cane sugar has molasses as second ingredient. Sugar daddy is 2% cane sugar. I will have to assume about 1 tsp of cane sugar for 20 gallons, to achieve 2.5%.
