Sugar leaves are wilting and Dark green any suggestions

Week 4 and top sugar leaves are dark green and wilting only canopy on the canopy level. Any suggestions would be appreciated!!

I think the lights are to close! 2 600 watt up at 15-18 inches away from canopy.

It never goes above 81degrees temp. r/h 35-40. Using roots organic for soil, general hydroponics for nutrients.10ml bloom,5ml of bio bud, and 5ml of cal-mag. Just starting to put rock resonator 10ml in week 3. On week 4 as of yesterday.
