Suggest me automatic CO2 system.

Some spaces would require more than this amount to reach 1500ppm for one minute.

More likely its saying you can run this on a 120v / 15a circuit, which is typical power at the wall in US.

I have the Atlas 2 and it is a preset unit meaning it will run the CO2 regulator until the room has reached the preset saturation of 1500ppm. You have no control over this unless you're nifty at opening things up and reprogramming, which doesn't appear likely.
