Suggestion on old deficiency

hello I came here a few weeks ago with a yellowing fan leaf problem... I have been giving my plants regular nutrients at about half dose 2.5 ml (roots organics liquid nutrients).
Ppm-200-300
Ph -6.5 -6.8
Soil/coco mix (not the best idea)
I have not added too much cal mag due to my tap water possibly having too much calcium in it..
For the most part my plants seem to have come back but two of them seem to have done some progress but are now struggling again. Is this a calcium lockout or something from my tap water... it is filtered using a frizzlife water filter but it still may have large amounts of calcium After a few weeks any suggestions on what to do with these.. they look “ok” but they have had stunted growth and looked like this for about a week now...

Not calcium no, possibly magnesium, could be due to antagonism from all the calcium.
You could lower your ph a few points since your in a mix of soil and coco. Try 6.2ph.
You could also foliar feed with magnesium sulphate (Epsom salts)

What lights are you using?

So currently I am using some offbrand leds because I’m relatively new to growing and didn’t want to spend too much...
phlizon 1200w (306 actual watts)
Phlizon 600w (109 watts)
Sitting at roughly 2ft from canopy
I will try Foliar feeding with Epsom salts.. I currently do a Foliar feeding like three times a week using extreme serene from roots organics which has nitrogen- phosphate-potash

Cool, I asked about lighting because some high end LEDs can cause similar problems when too close (too intense)
2ft should be ok since they are low end LED, I still think 400w in that space is slightly excessive for plants that small that are having issues. That's if your running at that wattage, looks like you might only have the veg switch on?
Also I would probably knock off so much foliar feed with 0-2-2 nutrient. I love kelp but once a week should be enough for that extreme serene, which btw says it has no Nitrogen (0-2-2) on the website. It also says as a foliar to use weekly. Too much of anything is a bad thing.
Use the serene once per week and the Epsom once per week in separate foliar feeds.

Yea I only have my veg switch’s on my lights so they are not running full power right now...
I will maybe take my 600w out and just keep the 1200 I’ll cut down on Foliar feed with extreme serene and use Epsom salts... thanks for your help

Whether its being locked out due to excess calcium or just not enough...that yellowing you're seeing is a lack of potassium! You may have a slight magnesium issue..but the majority of that yellowing is because the plant is short on potassium! Like that leaf in the 3rd pic..that is dried up down low..she's eating the potassium out of that leaf first!
Without knowing what's in the tap..it's hard to say if that is the issue or not. Potassium is the plant's favorite food and its what she needs most of from start to end. Also as mentioned..you can lower that ph to like 6.3ish...give or take .2 :)

ok so then my question to you is... I’ve been doing a very light feeding of about half of what the recommended dose is for my veg nutes (2.5ml roots organics liquid nutrients) should I give them the full 5ml ?

Hashfinger,
Always good to do increases slowly. A doubling of your nutes could cause a burn. Go to 3ml for a few days...if you see improvement...bump it up a little more. That sort of thing.

That seems like quite a weak fertilizer overall..usually you will want a minimum of a 2:1 ration of potassium to nitrogen, which can go up to 4:1 ration in full flower. You're at 1:1..and the concentration is very low (2-.25-2). I'd say you can double that dose based on the extent of your deficiency. If you're more comfortable with increasing slower..it's your plant, you do how you wish, but if you have this kind of K deficiency and still in veg, it's likely missing alot. I don't work by doses, i go by ppm's..and in your case...i would be feeding that fertilizer at this point at least 500 ppm until the yellowing stops spreading in that manner. Potassium def's advance quickly! Next you will see the edges and tips burning like that lower leaf in pic 3. Better to over do it a bit, as in your case..its way underdone it appears.
