Suggestions for my stealth vegging cabinet???

I have this small cabinet in the garage, and need a place to veg a plant for a month. I am looking fro online sources with good prices on fans, reflective material, etc? I don't want to sink more than 50-75 into this. All it has to do is be a quiet, lightproof vegging only space, cfl powered. I would consider some sort of homemade carbon filtration as vegging plants smell a little. Here are pics of the cabinet open and closed.

Amazon is your friend...panda film is pretty cheap...computer fans are pretty quiet. you can buy activated carbon pre filter pads and put them over the fans that should help, although, vegging plants don't smell that much and when they do you can't really tell what they are.
you can definitely accomplish what you are trying to do for about $50

Get some flat white paint, 1 or 2 power strips, some velcro strips and screws, and some outlet to bulb converters.

As for fans, any PC fan with low noise should be sufficient for intake. Any 12v wall adapter can be spliced into a PC fan.
