suggestions on cooling 12kw

thought id put a shot out there. winter is coming where im at in cold montana, but still having some issues with a new room i built. theres 2 rows of 6 1kw lamps, in a 25'x12' area, with 10' lid. Ive got to inline 8'' active air fans pulling each daisy chain and exhausting 50' to a window. I have a 12'' hydrofarm fan burping the room itself drawing on a opposite window for passive intake. With all 12 running temps seem to stay around 89-91F during 12hr cycle from 8p to 8a. If i kill 4 lamps and run 8kw I get nice on temps around mid 70's. I added a Y to the end of my daisy chain and added 1 more 8'' active air fan blowing air from outside the room throught the first 2 lamps for each daisy chain. So theres still 1 12'' burping the room, and 3 inline 8'' fans doing the lights. Like i say in about 2 weeks i wont see another hot day, but id like to find a more precise way to cool my room/lamps.

The problem is the 50' exhaust I imagine. Is that unavoidable?

seal the room, lose all those fans and get a ductless/mini split a/c heat pump

50' 2 the window for exhaust purposes. Its a a 2500sq warehouse, with 4 different rooms. 3 bud and 1 veg. 3 partners , ie 3 budrooms. the split ac ductless would work but not for 3 rooms. even a 2 zone split wouldnt supply effecient cooling to 2 of those rooms. weve had to air control companies look at the op and both agreed even a 3 ton a/c plumbed to the furnace wouldnt cool enough with the 48kw we have going. good news is mt temps have dropped enough to allow all rooms to be fired with temps ranging from 63-75 this week.
