Suggestions on how to flush coco

Anyone have any suggestions about how I should flush my white widow (photo) before I switch to flower it’s in a 30 litre pot and my growing medium is coco I’m in week 9 of veg day 65 any suggestions on how I should go about flushing? Cheers

I also have a lemon haze that is in soil that I need to flush and I also don’t have a ppm meter

Why do you need to flush? Are your plants having issues? Did you seriously overfeed?

Just do your last 2 waterings with PH’d water only with your 10-20% runoff then let them dry out before chop and you should be fine. Good luck, I also run SLH, read head popper!

Use 3 x the amount of water vs your containers minimum and flush it for a bit then give it nothing but water for last week or two people vary in that flushings pretty easy just tedious
