They eat whatever they want WHENEVER they want. They do not look at the caloric content of their food AT ALL.
Eat only fast food and until you are full and you will be consuming 3-4000 calories a day. Enough to gain a lb a week.

Yeah I don't like tattoos on men that much either. A sleeve is close to too far. Some tribals on shoulders and chest would be nice on a man. But torso, legs, and forarms should be bare in my opinion.
