Pretty soon we won't be able to keep much of anything the way things are goin.yeah snook are delicious but they closed the season after that hard winter we had 2 years ago it supposed to open on the gulf coast in september of this year. they closed snapper snook bonefish and tarpon after the hard freeze now you can catch snapper on the gulf coast and snook on the east coast. but september its back open fully so im just waiting till then. me personally didnt see any affects of the cold on the snook population. i still see a lot of snook and i still see 1 and 2 year old snooks so i dont think they were affected as much as fwc thinks. but its all good the snook are getting a break and i guess they deserve that
