I use Grovision sunglasses. They have worked really well and were like $25.

Well the lens looks mostly blue with a little green tint. This is because they dont let so much reds thru.

I didnt really think it would be worth to buy some before i got such sunglasses with remo nutes. Now i think they definitely are 1000% worth it. Makes it so much easier to see colors of the plants and im sure i would had missed a beginning of budrot if i had not looked at the buds with the glasses on. Its very hard to see exactly how dark or pale green plants are under HPS etc that help to diagnose problems. It also makes it easier to understand what you are looking at, like with something small covered partly by something, because its kinda like comparing watching a sepia photo to a photo with full life like colors. Maybe not as drastic difference, but lets say about half way there.

I like the Method Seven glasses. They rock. More durable than the cheapy grow glasses I tried first. I took those cheap ones out on the boat one day and was using sun screen. Something in the sun screen reacted with the frames and caused them to just fall apart at the nose bridge.

What you really want is good UV protection.
