Sunleaves Super Starter Plug question

Hey, I picked up a six pack of sunleaves super starter plugs and put my seeds in them three days ago. I watered them a couple times because they always seemed to dry out quick, but the information online says to water only every 3-4 days. All my seedlings have super long stems and are drooping heavily. The leaves are drooping slightly downward but are still firm. The super starter plugs feel bone dry right now but I am worried about over watering them. Any thoughts?

if they have sprouted, put them in Coco or Soil....

Bone dry? Water them, and yeah plant them.
