Sunlight and Fluorescent light

Hi, I have Fluorescent tubes that I use for my plants, they're only seedlings right now, my question is can I have my plants out in the sunlight until the sun goes down and then transfer to fluorescent? I know sunlight is best light and I have blue skies with good sun where I live right now so I don't wanna pass it up, can I do this? By the way my fluorescent is ''Cool White''. And the fluorescent is no more than 10 feet away from good sunlight so I don't have to move them far when sun goes down.

Also, when its time to flower, can I use the sunlight with 12/12? Since the sun stays out for 12 hours over here anyways.
