Sunlight sheds volksgarden

does anyone know if the volksgarden or any of the other rotating systems work well for the dank? i mean from what i hear in most of the grow boxes you can't even use all the plant sites if you want decent sized plants. i'm considering this because the idea of a turnkey system that grew 80 plants makes my nutballs quiver. if anyone has used one of these or has any input at all that would be sweet, I just want to know if you can actually grow 80 decent plants on this thing, and if it's even ideal for the dank :peace:

if you have the right strain like nebula or king luey (spelling?) then you can do better then you would dream. 80 is the maximum number of plants that the unit will hold but depending on your plants that might not be the number that gives you the maximum return, you may do better with 40 or 60

totally good for growing meds

How much yield per plant growing the nebula strain, using a volksgarden? I just want an approximation please.

It looks like they are using CFL lights. I'm sure you could put in whatever you wan't but anything more then CFL might be difficult. I usually go 12/12 straight from clone and they still get to be about 2 to 2.5 feet tall with CFL or T5. If I use 1000 watt an around 3 inch tall clones 9 weeks result in 3 to 3.5 feet. So if anyone has any pics it would be nice to see. Low Rider would probably work also along with the nebula or king luey Omega mentioned.

I see on the sunlightshed website it says "When purchasing your Volksgarden from Sunlight Solutions you’ll receive it below retail price and with an included lighting system worth over a $400 value!"

i believe it comes with a dual HPS/Halide 600 watt system

This fully automated rotating garden system has a chain driven cylinder that rotates 24 / 7, making a complete revolution about every 45 minutes. The Volksgarden cylinder is made of precision molded plastic, while the structural components are constructed of powder-coated steel, assuring longevity.

The Simex safety glass bulb housing will accommodate a 400, 600 or 1000 watt HID lens or it also works well with compact fluorescent bulbs.
