Defoliating is cool, but I think pruning shoots and weak branches is the best thing you can do to up the overall quality of your harvests. The shoots grow back, but as tight nugs along the branch instead of little larfy buds growing in stupid directions off of sad little stems.

I am uncertain what you think you just said or how it has anything to do with my statement. I have been growing plants (not just cannabis, mind you) since the late 1980s. I am familiar with and have used most forms of plant training on numerous and various plant species. I know the intention and implementation.
Nothing being said in this thread is new, interesting, or instructive. It's all dick measuring and ego.

I am a generous, helpful and patient forum member. I take an hour or two out of my day when I can to help new comers, suggest fixes when I think i see a problem, recommend new methods to people who are having problems and give thanks and encouragement to people who are doing well. you don't know shit about me. are their trolls on here? sure. they're everywhere.
