Super cheap 400w digital system - to good to be true?

I am looking at setting up a small 400w aeroponic closet setup to grow some pure sativas. Anyways, I was looking into digital ballasts, and came across this on ebay.

Digital 400 Grow Light Kit ballast reflector 2 bulb - eBay (item 270236233002 end time May-19-08 18:55:32 PDT)

Says the ballast runs both MH and HPS bulbs. I usually believe you get what you pay for, but has anyone used these or heard of them before? I am tempted, but I hear digital ballasts are unreliable, they probably get that reputation from cheap stuff like this. What do you guys think?

the light system seems fine. ballast and reflector are both made by reputable companies. only thing that seems weird to me is that the ebay seller is ripping off HTG Supply's design completely.

yeah, I noticed that too, seems kinda sketchy. They have great feedback though. so, I may give it a shot.
