Super Cropping

I have recently learned about super cropping and performed what I thought to be correct to my two white widow clones. I bent the stalk at around halfway just above a node where two branches looked to be starting to come out. I have been veging these plants for roughly 1.5 months. I am I may have hurt my plants by doing this, and am also worried that the bent over half of the plant is too heavy and may damage the bottom half. Should I be concerned?

your plant will be fine

theirs a difference between lst and supercropping

lst you pull the branches over and tie them down

supercropping your squeeze the branch with your fingers to soften it up some then bend it over from their

sometimes the branch will split where your bent it at but thats ok

it will heal up just fine , it will be thicker at the spot where your bent it over at after it heals

I have snapped whole branches of so that they are just hanging on by a hair of the bark! Tied it back on and it grew fine, big lump as you say where the break was though. Amazing how plants heal themselves but guess its no different to grafting or cloning. I dont think my tomatos would do this though if i broke a branch of one of them, seems like they just wilt too quick and die off.
