Super Lemon Haze, First Grow...

Ok well I am 3 days into the seedling stage.

I just popped one seed in one of the rapid rooter to see how it will germinate and the other 2 I used the paper towel method.

The one in the front is showing greats signs of growth and I see something popping up from the other paper towel seed in the back left...the one on the right is the seed I just popped into the RR.

how do they look? first time grower here.

Looking good. One bit of advice, get those 3 in their own medium/buckets. Once you keep vegging those past 4 weeks you are absolutely going to run into a major crowding issue, and very likely, 1 or 2 will get smothered by the other.

This unnecessary stress can cause hermi's as well as poor light penetration to the other plants. Putting 3 of these plants from seedling (not clones flowering) this close together will inevitably give you problems. Not only when the over-crowding occurs in the vegetation state, once moved to flowering they will at least double in size depending on strain making things even worse. You may have a plan to move already that you did not mention, just making sure its put out there for you

Yea originally I was going to only grow one mother plant(all these are feminzed seeds) but decided to try and go for 2 or 3, I am slowly building the grow room, I am currently working on ventilation and cooling the space right now it tends to get hot with a 1000w mh in there. I will eventually get another grow bucket once one of the other babies have grown a bit.

Just be sure you do it sooner than later.. before you realize it in a few weeks they'll have a complete root tangled mess in that little waterfarm bucket.

I run 400w MH's on my mothers (4 in 5 gallon buckets) and a 1000w HPS on my double 30gal tubs. Heat wont be an issue for you in an afternoon redirecting your exhaust (just don't exhaust it outside for FLIR to see). Not that you're likely to get caught like this.. but on cool nights having 80 degree heat come out of a 4 or 5" hole from your residence is not exactly the best way to stay under the radar

You will need to think about the buckets sooner than you think though. Put some thought into how you will move plants in and out of veg to flower. If you plan on having separate buckets you'll need to deal with double the PH adjustment and nute mixing (or more if you have more buckets). Individually adjusting those things is an enormous pain in the ass, make sure you have a larger reservoir feeding multiple buckets if you go that route.

If you're cutting clones that needs to be considered to. Have a good one.

I would go get those extra pots now, before the roots get too big and run the risk of breaking/ripping/tangle between the other ones.

Hey guys Im back,pretty much finished my grow space today: finished the ventilation with a 6inch inline fan sucking the hot air out(this works beautifully, If you have heat problems I suggest you get one of these).

Threw out one sprout, no room.

Picked up a GH waterfarm today and put one of the 2 sprouts left in there, theres a gorgeous white root coming out the bottom of the RR.

added some nutes today, 1/4 reccommended dosage.

pH is at 5.9, this has been a problem for me Im using tap water with liquid ph up/down and it has been fluctuating alot lately...the spot temps are steady now with the inline fan at about 74-81 degrees...

I'm especially interested in this thread because of the strain. I believe it won one of the more recent year's Cannibas Cup correct ? Supposed to be the shiznit...

Not at all, I just thought there were more updated pics because you posted the question after you posted pics.

No biggie... Things look great from here. I don't really think they're drooping or big enough to start drooping yet. Give it some time. Patience is key with hydro, so I've been told, so I've learned...
