i'm going to be using distilled water mate theres a place local to me that does 25 liters for £2.50 but you got to take your own water drum so it should be okGood to be here man - I'm assuming you've got some sort of RO system for your water..? Eventually she'll be drinking about a gallon per day - distilled water can get pretty expensive by then if you're buying it over the counter... =) That's what happened to me - so glad we invested in an RO system. ok I’ll start by saying this is my first hydro grow but iv done a few soil grows and the main reason for this journal is to give you lot a look so you can keep me on track with good advice and opinions
my chosen strain is green house feminized super lemon haze -it’s my first time with is strain so any info on it would be good
my setup is
right I think that’s it for my setup
- 1.2m x 1.2m x 2m grow tent
- 250W BLUE SPECTRUM cfl (for the seedling stage)
- 400watt hps (for veg and flower might upgrade too 600watts for flower)
- 6"cooltube + 6"carbon filter
- 6" carbon filter
- ghe aquafarm
- budget ppm + ph meter (for now)
- basic oscillating fan
my seeds have turned up 2day and have gone straight into germ once germed they will be starting off their life in Rockwool under 18/6 and then into the aquafarm about a week after. iv got 3 seeds but I’m only going to grow 1 plant with a long veg and maybe try scrog haven’t really decided yet
I will be also useing canna nutes for the fist time---canna start,canna aqua vega,canna aqua flores and cana aqua boost.
I will also be using distilled water all the way through. i think that’s all i got to say for now i will upload regularly and try keep this thread up 2 date
Wash them 1st, they will be covered in dust if you don't wash them the dust could clog your pump.

iv washed all my clay pebbles and there now soaking in a nice bath for the night with ph'd water of 6.0.The seedling is still going strong and i'll update some pics 2moro iv also picked up some canna start ready to use when my seedling goes into the aquafarm..ill post pics 2moro
