Definently my friend , if you can’t wait til the morning or night I say just wait til when we she dries out and then drench the soil, the foliage spraying you can start doing whenever you want it’s better right before lights off or sun down but you can do it whenever that’s just fine.

Make sure you touch the leaves and get the underside of the leaves not just top also spray the stem attached to leaf and whole stalk and spray every leaf, to take your time and make sure you kill them and get them all.
