Hi dear, our lights are full spectrum, so it can suit different grow stage of your plants, you can adjust the lightness to suit your needs.

Yeah, I have a first gen SF2000 in my veg tent actually, along with an HLG v65. I flower under a mix of CMH and LED. This one may do full cycles. I'm putting it in my spare 32"x32" so I can run more plants at once
