Super Simple dr.earth feeding schedule by dr.earth

So everywhere I look when they ask for a feeding schedule for the DR.EARTH dry fertilizer everybody mentions the feeding schedule tht includes if not all but most of dr.earth products ..

I’ve come across a lot simpler feeding schedule also by DR.EARTH which will be a lot easier for beginners pretty much a KISS method of using them .. it’s what I’m using as a guide along with some additives/supplements like

floralicouis plus
Vitalize by mills(foilar spray)
Epsom salts
Fish emulsions 5-1-1 & 2-2-2

this is a helpful resource thank you for sharing! Are you doing the fish emulsion as a weekly add and at what rate? Lighter rate on the label or just an every few weeks touch up or in response to deficiencies?

yeah no problem , I’ve done a bit of searching myself in the beginning for something on dr.earth and there always referring to the. One tht uses a lot of there products ..

I find this one is really great for anyone thts starting out , really simple to follow ..

First application I hit it with 1/4 tbs if they do 2nd feeding I use 1/2 tbs
If they do good with tht and there’s no burnt light tips I hit with max strength which is usually 2 tbs 3rd feeding but I only feed with it once a week.. but even half strength would do great specially with the top dressing

I do a feed feed water water
2nd feeding is any additives or supplements id like to use and 2nd watering I go for slight run

It’s a lot simpler for me it can definitely get more complicated like there other feeding schedule they have

Actually, don't follow their guide. And please don't try to just use the all purpose. It has no calcium or magnesium. The only 2 bags you need are 4-6-3 and 3-9-4 (Homegrown and Flower Girl) at a ratio of 2tbsp per gallon. Vegging photoperiods get only homegrown, vegging to flower get a 50/50 ratio, and middle to end of flower 20/80 ratio with the heavier amount being flower girl. Topdress every 3 weeks.

Youtube "Stealth Grows" for advice if video's suit you better.

The all purpose has fishbone meal.. It just doesn't list calcium..

No, it doesn't have calcium. Why would they not list something it has in it, and why would it create calcium deficiencies in every growers garden that has tried that method?

Gaia green's all purpose has calcium and magnesium. Dr. Earth's does not. I've used it for years.

Dr. Earth, at the same rate that you would mix the soil with in the beginning. Every 3 weeks you have to "recharge" the medium with nutrients otherwise the plant won't have anything to live off of.

I highly recommend checking out Stealth Grow's channel. He has a video explaining the entire process, it's pretty easy.

So fishbone meal isn't calcium? Why would all purpose have no mag or cal? Please explain.. Fishbone meal is 12-18% calcium.. Look at the contents.. Kelp, seaweed and Alfalfa have Mag..

Bone meal and fishbone meal are sources of calcium.. Are they not? Alfalfa, feather seaweed and kelp meal all have mag.. No?
Been using 444 for 8 years with no problems in the veggy garden or tent.
It sure does a good job for not having cal or mag.. SMH

They don't list sulfur either even though it has potassium sulfate in it. Or any micronutrients as well that are present. Fish Bone Meal does have calcium in it regardless of what some hack on youtube says. The 4-4-4 also has just bone meal which has calcium as well. The fact that you refer to youtube as your source for cannabis growing information says all that needs to be said.

You obviously have no clue regarding organic fertilizers and their ingredients if you think that a product that has fish bone meal and bone meal has no calcium.

Fertilizers often don't list their calcium or magnesium content. But if you notice on those bags, the "tomato" formula will always show calcium, even though the ingredients are almost identical to the 4-4-4 simply because consumers know that tomatoes need calcium to prevent blossom end rot. It would be nice if they listed everything, I agree.

C mon. What knucklehead can’t understand what bones are and why we need to drink our milk. Calcium. So when you read ingredients. You need them to specifically say “calcium” even tho it flat out says BONE meal.
That’s almost as bad when my ol lady says something has no sugar in it. But has high fructose corn syrup.
