Ok I've made some super soil 5 days ago for the 1st time, I am planning on get some worms (red rigglers) to help compost the soil.. Will it be a good idea to add some fruit for the worms to eat? I have some nectarines i could cut up and add to the soil with the worms?.. Also I'm going to try critical kush from barneys farm finishing in 20 ltr air pots, the ones with all the holes that air prune the roots. I'm going to pop seeds in root riot cubes then veg in smaller air pots but not sure what size to go for 1 ltr or 3 litres? I want to veg for 3 weeks in the smaller pot then transplant to the 20 ltr and veg for 1 more week will the 1ltr be ok for 3 weeks? Will 3 ltr's be too big? I want to get the pots soon as I'm excited about starting this grow :)

Actually I am a newbie scratch that I want to veg in the 20 ltr's until they're rooted out enough to do well in flower I only want to do one transplant for less stress using mycorrizhae shall I veg in the 1 ltr air pot for a few weeks until rooted out then transplant? And how long should I veg in the 20's to have a good root mass so most of the energy is focused on budding in flower instead of budding and rooting? Any advice would be much appreciated :)

- 1 gallon equals 3.78 liters

- No need to add worms, and definitely not fruit.

- Veg times will depend on lighting, environment, genetics, etc.

You should veg until your plants are about half the size you want them tone when they are done, however long that takes.

20 liters is about 5 gallons. I have better luck with 7-10 gallons. Start in 1 liter, transplant to 3-5 liter when ready, then straight to the 7-10 gal pot for the remainder of veg and all through bloom.
