so i looked around and couldn't find anything...then i found mayville lawn and garden lime at menards. it appeared to be a powder and all it said on it was lawn and garden limestone. the back said 24% ca and 12% mg

this should work ok, shouldn't it? all i keep finding is pelletized dolomite.

its finely pulverized dried aglime bagged in 50lbs. its clacium carbonite equivalent is at least 102%. the calcium carbonite threw me off so i didnt buy it
That's the stuff. Dolomite has a 2:1 Ca:Mg ratio.

Me too! When i saw the Epsoma Organic Traditions garden lime and read the back of it i just knew it would be legit, Cal & Mag with good detailed instructions for getting your desired PH! What a deal, im mixen half batch SUBCOOLS mix, with my own lil spin to it.

IN STEAD OF USING JUST AZOMITE FOR TRACE ELEMENTS, USE excelerite too. Half and half, excelerite is instant, and azomite takes some time... stuff like that, happy easy-water-only growing to you all!
