Hiya

So, I'm gonna whip together some ingredients, then dampen, warm.. stir..etc. for 6 weeks. 25-30 gal
The base medium is Promix BX and perlite. Adding ewc, compost..

How much in tablespoons/cups etc of each should I add?

Down to Earth ferts:
Fish bone meal 4-12-60
Blood meal 12-0-0
Dolomite lime
Rock phosphate 0-3-0
Kelp meal 1-.01-2
Langbeinite 0-0-22

Plus:
Bio-Ag Ful-humix
Mykos
Epsom salt

Blood and bone meals are hard to judge and should be used sparingly.

as @myke said 3 cups npk inputs. But I would NEVER use 3 cups of the amendments you have listed in any form. Maybe 1/2 cup each and add kelp/neem/alfalfa/crab/insect frass/ instead to make up the other 2 cups per cf.
or just getting a base nutrient like down to earth vegan mix… or Gaia green all purpose or similar product to cut the Hotness of bone and blood meal in your nutrient regiment.

but you also missing minerals. You need basalt or rock dust/ greensand/ azomite or something to mineralize your soil and increase CEC. I would also add oyster and gypsum as opposed to Dolomite

I use a lot of these nutes, your NPK value look off compared to mine there not even close.
for example:
sulphate of potash is 0.0.48
bonemeal 3.9.0
Fish bone meal should be something like 4.12.0, your is 4.12.60

I mix the nutes up to get a good npk value
for example, one plant has some purple on the leaves, this is a phosphorus deficiency 45 days in flower (12/12) water the plants this morning

IMG_0867.JPG
this is the food for 6 plants (total)
so I mixed up 6tbsp fish blood and bone 4.7.4 (all-round good plant food)
and 2tbsp of seaweed meal(with add plant food) 3.6 4.8 4.1 (lots of trace nutes)
mixed it up in some sand and top dressed the plants the NPK value worked out 3.8 6.3 4 (NPK)

gave them 1ltr of water each so the roots start getting the phosphorus

in veg you want 5.5.5 (npk)
and early flower 4.6.7(npk)
late flower 3.6.7 (npk)

in a 30ltr pot,
Fish bone meal 4-12-60 the Potassium is really high at 60, 2tsp
Kelp meal 1-.01-2 all very low NPK you could give each pot 4 tbsp

Blood meal 12-0-0 don't think this would be any good

All good.. just another stoner overthink after some internet research situation
Maybe, just trying to keep my plants healthy on a low budget, unless I am careful my leaves start going yellow week 5-6 in flower, purple stems etc
Having a good understanding of NPK and how they affect the plants goes a long way.
That's without talking about how the environment and light intensity can affect the uptake of food.

I have been growing organic/ veganic for a very very long time. About 15 years ago I found a bulk supplier. Kelp4less.com
Everything from base nutrients to amino acids. Look them up you'll be amazed at what you can find and the prices compared to anywhere else, even with shipping costs. Hands down the highest quality and consistency. I've never cut corners in my garden. Don't pay for water or a trademark name.
