Superthrive is good for veg. I wouldnt use it in flowering though. It helps with stressed out plants and makes for a healthy root mass. I only used 2 drops per gallon. I no longer use ST though. I use seaweed extract, Maxsea, Dyna Gro Pro-tekt, and guano teas. I see no use for ST in my program except maybe afrer planting/transplanting.

IMO and it's just my opinion... Super thrive should only be used on sick plants to give them a health kick. If your plants are healthy and getting the nutrients they need they simply do not need it. Are you foliar feeding with maxsea or just regular feeding? as super thrive defiantly shouldn't be used in foliar feed it's far to concentrated and strong... As Fresno farmer said defiantly don't use during flower as it will delay and slow down the flowering process. Other people have told me if used it shouldn't be used more than once or twice in a plants life but I'm not sure why, maybe someone else can answer this?

Just regular feeding with maxsea. Bigger plants are healthy and only had it once far starting yesterday. Then I just planted new clones that started looking a little yellow once in full sun so I'm giving them super thrive as well hoping for a kickstart.

Looks like you got some good answers. I don't use ST, however I don't think it would hurt anything. If you feel your plants would benefit from some ST, I would go ahead, there shouldn't be any issues with the Maxsea.....
good luck
