cheers m8 il check that out , here the clones iv got from a friend just put them in pots yesterday been under 600hps last night let me know whats yous think il be loading every other day just about once they start growing so yous can tell me when to top and supercrop as i go, i plan on keeping 4 for my small grow 3x3 and 6 to go in my 4x4 tent but tents not empty for about 4 or 5 weeks heres pics of clones anyway

They're looking a little rough, I hope they make it! If you're putting those under a 600 I suggest raisin it as high as it will go until you get some foliage established. Those little ladies need humidity as well, if you're not doming them make sure you keep them as humid as possible. Good luck bud.

just lifted the light and made a quick humidity dome with bbq sticks and cling film which has took humidty right up to 83%

That thread is fuckin awesome, thanks for that. Never heard of CCoB before, and probably never would have. I'm doing a dresser grow with about an actual 24" of growth limit and was going to FIM/LST and supercrop one or two plants... but I definitely want to try CCoB on a couple. So, thinking about topping at third node and letting tops grow out to 16" then CCoB around my 2 gallon DWC buckets and supercrop the new tops... flower when new tops at 12" - 16" and LST as needed from there.

See how that goes... my sour ak just sprouted today, still waiting on blue hash and white russian to come up. Have a bagseed clone super cropped twice at the main stalk and tied down. Been that way for 3 days and new tops are starting to 'splode. Will prob try ccob on the bagseed and blue hash... or whichever has the most malleable stalk.

Nice work, well done! Keep misting them a cpl times per day. Some of them should make it, may take a while as they may or may not "reveg" after they take root. If you have a digital 600 you could easily run it at the lowest possible % you can, assuming the clones are the only plants under it. Good luck!

I agree, its a stellar method isn't it? He vegged with very low wattages without much regard to the light distance. Naturally they stretched like crazy but it worked perfectly with his method for flowering. Just goes to show you there's no wrong way to do this, his flowering plants speak for themselves. Unfortunately he's no longer active on this site, I wish he was. He has greater aspirations than growing dank. He was working hard to help treat malaria in various parts of the world with some of his methods by growing wormwood or something I think. May or may not be the same wormwood used for absinthe, IDK. Anyhow, glad you enjoyed the thread, I found it a huge asset when i started growing and really inspired me to get hot and heavy into canopy control. I don't use his transplanting method all of the time, but I've definitely used it on some sativas, really anything that has haze in it gets transplanted similar to that.

Close enough! That's some supercroppin'. Pics look good. Don't sweat it, she'll be racing upward in a day or two again.Good job bud, you'll be glad you did it.

day 32 of 12/12 3 days after super croppin tops and couple the branches, so glad i done this swhag they already look better also my clones are coming round about 7 of the 11 i think will survive il upload pics in morning as they are in another location

Whats going on in here! Havent stopped by in a while.

I have problems with SC... when I do it I squeeze and roll the stem until it turns mushy enough inside to bend it over. Usually in a couple days the bend is all dry and barely hanging on to the rest of the branch by a thread. When it heals up it's just woody fibers with big nasty looking holes ripped in the stalk. I guess obviously I'm doing too much, but if I don't then the tops don't want to come down.

I just grab where I want to snap between my 2 fingers and thumb nipping my thumb and 1 finger together while bending top over with other finger till u hear a little crunch then I support the weight of what I snapped by tying to a Kane or summit

Some strains or growing conditions may produce branching that is less cooperative to SC. If there is a branch that you want to train you can also bend a little before you get aggressive. Just a little careful bending can soften tthe tissue enough to then crop. Younger plants growing with vigor and producing fresh green branches seem to be a little more tender. Just a little bending to test the limits of the branch strength will help you find the level of aggressiveness you can go after her with. A with a little practice it becomes innate and you'll be cropping without any concerns.

Thanks GreenThumb, welcome! I haven't shared much in the past few months to show how my garden is running. I'll be more active this winter and hopefully we can get this thread going again.

Here's a cpl quick shots of a couple vegging and early flowering plants.

First 3 are Sannies Jackberry. I cropped her right before this pic in areas that she's already been trained to open up the canopy. I also pruned her bottom half and removed some buds that are lacking in development, but I try to only pull the budsites as I like to leave as much energy making potential as possible. This strain was meant for SC, she takes a beating and you can't hardly hold her down without restraint. She will pop back up quickly and has a hard, yet flexible woodsy stem. I've really wrenched on her and she just keeps coming back for more. She has a very nice berry scent but no signs of purple yet. I have 2 females that are distincly 2 different phenos. Hoping for one purple!



This one lost her label in veg but its either Deep Purple x Haze or AK47, leaning towards DPxH because of the appearance of the bud sites and stretching, but I'll know for sure in a week or so.



This is a local cutting called "Kevorkian". I ran her once and didn't prune enough, she spidered and stretched like crazy which left me with a lot of trimming and lots of popcorn. I've lollipopped all through veg to keep the flow to her tops, hoping to make some larger denser colas this time around. She was just plopped in her super soil on Friday so she's a little deficient from being bound up. She should be happy as all hell by mid week once she starts to open up in her 7 gallon Oregon Breather
