Supercropping in flowering"GOOD.orBAD????

okay so here probably bout to ask something thats been answered but can you supercrop in flowering ,just read a thread where they told some one not to top during in flowering but to supercrop??? thought it was bad to do both while in the flowering stage.....
MAN i wish i woulda knew before hand if this is true..NEED YOU advise what the truth bout a way to manage height restrictions while in flowering

wow didnt know it was that badd of A QUESTION.......

I suppercrop during the first two weeks of flower i havnt noticed a difference but for the topping i have no clue.
