has anyone heard of or used superthrive vitamens and hormones if so can it help or hurt

yupper.. use it.. great stuff.. only use very lightly in veg only.. promotes root growth...

Its good stuff IMO. Use a drop/gal of it myself every other watering. Hydro shop near me suggest a similar B vitamin formula because superthrive has mystery ingredients that he wouldn't try consuming. Basically it helps the roots take up nutes. Found it at walmart too so you can get it conveniently for about 7 bucks a bottle.
