Surprise Auto-Flower

I got a surprise auto-flowering plant out of some fem seeds. That’s not the question though, but taking cuttings from this plant is. Will cuttings from auto-flowering plants start to flower as a small cutting (less than 6 weeks old) or will they wait 2-3 months before they start to flower. Don’t usually grow auto-flowering plants, any advice would be appreciated

A clone will behave as a mature plant once it roots and gets started. If the mother has produced flowering hormones, then the clone will carry them as well.

That said, most autos will flower somewhere between 4 and 7 weeks, but you will occasionally get a stubborn one.

I noticed the cuttings taken from this plant, six weeks ago, are starting to show female flowers. I guess this is a good thing or a bad thing depending on how you look at it. Thanks

Dont bother takimg cutting from Auto..result will be disappointing...Once the seed has been popped, the clock is ticking to begin flowering for both the plant and any cuttings you take...it doesn't reset because it has been cut off the plant. Your cutting will gave very little if any time to grow by the time it begins to flower

People still try to be the 1st one to "conquer" this. So funny reading.

Thanks for the answers. Not trying ‘conquer’ anything, just trying to learn.
Got some other questions on genetics, and breeding, but that is for another thread. Thanks again
