Here are some pics from yesterday.

I just got back from watering. Added some 5-1-1 (about 6 oz total to all the plants and a box of baking powder)

I am not so sure if it is a pH issue or N issue. The lethal purple that has only been out there for a month or so is not yellow at all.

I talked with the manager of a local store and they are special ordering me 50 18 gallons black at a clip. The first shipment should be here next week. I brought spike along for the car ride. He had fun and is currently adventuring around the room. I think he has been sleeping so much as it must be boring hanging in the bed room all the time.

Ok so with all the decaying plant material in the swamp the water, being a bit of a ferment would be high in N. I did not assosiate this with the high bacteria content of the swamp even though another grower had mentioned that the water would have alot of bacteria. The bacteria use N as well. They is something called the carbon to nitrogen ratio. Me using promix which is mostly carbon, perhaps a 400 to 1 C/N ratio instead of soil coupled with the fact that I keep putting in more bacteria every time I water it is no wonder the bacteria and plants used up the N.

Carbon to Nitrogen ratio (C/N): When sawdust is incorporated in to soil, the carbon provides a rich source of energy for the bacteria and fungi that decompose it. However, the microbes also use nitrogen and can quickly deplete the entire supply of nitrogen available in the soil, making plant growth impossible. A general rule of thumb is that organic matter with a carbon to nitrogen ratio (C/N) grater then 20:1 will cause nitrogen deficiency in plants unless more nitrogen is added. Fresh sawdust often has a C/N of 500:1

I got to get them some serious N. I have some that I can bring the question is, is it to late? O well like I said before better this year then next.

Here are some pictures of just now.

I just started the four foot track. 5 minutes each way.

The sativa is leaning down and about to get another hair cut.

About to take some more clones

A couple more days until I can take a few more clones. I picked up a new addition to the family today on my search for black 22 gallons (no luck). She just got transplanted with a bit of alaska 5-1-1 and thrive alive green.

The cropped one is the sativa mother. I am thinking I do not want to cut any clones off of her or top her though I want to also keep her under a foot high come next april. I would like to see what she can do with that many nodes in the swamp with no cuts and 50 gallons of promix to herself. So far she seems happy. I kind of want all indica unless I can afford another room for my NL#2 Lethal Purple cross. If I have any all purple hackers I will clone that like crazy as well. No luck on the last order. So far its been 1 out of 20 that hatched purple. I hope to try my luck again soon if work picks up. I did get a job offer today which sounds like a good time.

The Indica mothers are doing well. Here are some shots of them as well and the lethal purple auto flower I am trying to talk back into veg. We are still negotiating.

Also is a picture of Dragon Lilly and thee Indian Rope Plant

Some pictures from today. The drying room and trimmings

I harvested some of my plants today. Just got done trimming about 60 or so colas. Cant wait to see the NL2 Lethal Purple cross. I got tons of seeds from them. I crossed the Lethal Purple male with some sativas as well.
