never mind i was wrong it does come with the ballast.... so is that a good one for a 4x3 ft room?

bonz Well-Known Member Jun 23, 2008 #22 sure. its the same size i have, (room and bulb) only dif is i use a 430 watt bulb it gives that extra 30 watt of blue spectrum.
