Hello,

I just recieved 10 Swiss miss beans from buy dutch seeds. All went well, but I've never grown this strain and I can't find anyones personal opinion on it either. If someone has personal experience with this strain, please let me know. thanks for your time

I appreciate your reply, and found it helpful, but i just want to know what to expect quality-wise. I have until next September/October to wait. When I do harvest, I'll post my opinions and hopefully enlighten anyone interested.

I was checking it out over at rhyno seeds and it looks fairly easy to grow, and pretty sturdy. It is a sativa, so I assume you'll be growing it outside?
I think you'll be happy with this one, and the price was very fair at about $30.00
Peace

Swiss Miss was originally bred in the Swiss Alps. A mix of a very early skunk and a hearty strain Nepal. Swiss Miss can withstand cool high altitude nights. Swiss Miss is mold resistant and can withstand heavy night time condensation. This plant is perfect to cultivate where growing seasons are shorter and colder Swiss Miss is a light smoke with a pleasant skunky flavour.
  • Plant type: Best suitable for outdoor growing.
  • Plant height: Medium- Indica/Sativa mix
  • Stoned or high?: Stoney yet high- Allround Buzz
  • THC level: Medium 8-15%
  • Flowering Weeks: 8
  • Yield (Sea of Green on one m2) : 500
  • Harvest Month: 9
  • Grow difficulty: Moderate

grew this in 2007 and it finished very early!!! its got Ruderalis genes in it (alegidly)) so this could explain its early maturity, mine were very stout and strong looking, out of all the outdoor strains I've grown this still is "the" best for pest resistance! alot of what Ive put out has been munched on and some of the worse leaves looked like they had a shot gun blasted at them but swiss was hardly touched.
down side is yield is a little on the small side and the buds arent the tightest, but the smoke is pleasent, not over whelming at all so not much use to a hardened stoner but the taste was unusually nice, very fresh with an almost corriander-ish after taste too it.
its super easy to grow, and would be hard pressed to mess it up so yeah, there you go.

if the pic uploaded properly this is the nirvana pic of swiss miss
