switch from soil to hydro

I want to switch my two week old lowryder 2 plants from soil to a hydro system i just bought. Is there a good way to do this or should i assume the switch too stressful? I'd like to make it happen. Thanks!

YOu can see my roots still dirty from the soil..



THey will droop due to shock.. make sure your doing this in veg state.. or else u will go hermie 100% in flowering,
