I got 3 babys approx4 wks from seed&12/12 from seed. Now my lights on is 7a-7pm& i wanna switch on time to 7p-7am- is this gona mess them uup?

ive had to do this myself due to changes at work and mine were fine,i think u mite be flowering them a bit early tho to get the best out of ur plants

truely! Im really forcing them to show sex.plus there party cup grows.1 is going to bigger pot.the other 2 gona flower in cup,12/12 straight thru.i just wana run lights@nite to help keep warmth.

I would sex them, then throw them back into a 24 hr cycle for a while then switch the on/off times to your desired 7pm to 7am.

This should minimize any stress. This is what I would do myself, but others may say otherwise.

7pm-7am is always better in IMO in both winter (to GAIN heat during colder hours) and summer (to take advantage of cooler night temps)
