Hey so my ladies are a couple days under 3 weeks from germination, I have them under a 600w vipaspectra but i want to switch them to a 1000w mh buld. When should I do this? They all look good to me - that slight curl to the leaves on the second one could potentially be a heat related issue, but not bad.
When going from a lower wattage bulb to a higher wattage bulb, I always hang the larger wattage bulb much higher, at first, and then after a couple days if everything looks good, will start to drop it down lower.

Viparspectra 600's are great VEG lights on their own. I still VEG with them and get some pretty big ladies. Hang them 18" - 20" above the canopy and make sure that VEG and BLOOM are both on.
