I though the shipping was more? Its a matter of looking at the profit margin on the whole order. Like I told you before I had to charge you more for the ballasts than I would charge a walk in customer as I have to compensate for the ballast warranties out fo province.

If that was your "charge more rate" you should check other stores online.

Also Lower Main land and some interior parts of BC are cut throat for prices in stores. Its not as bad as as it use to be when you had to deal with stores laundering money and selling stuff at 10% over cost while putting in their money at the end of the day.

If you see online pricing in BC for electronics vs what the same store charges locally you'll see a huge price difference.

I'm just starting to bring in weed vaporizers into the store and first thing I asked the wholesaler is about the warranty Most of the manufacturers like say Pax ro Arizer deal with the customer after purchase and some of the other ones the wholesaler will actually ship it back to the customer as the wholesalers expense.

This allows me to use the extra profit to give people free shipping across Canada since the vaporizers are small and the biggest one

What you are doing is correct in my estimation. Hard to make money in this climate as i said earlier.
It's your personal service they come for. After all they can buy your stuff anywhere. It's you personally who is a making the difference.
But in fairness to yourself remember. Even the best of th best, don't win em all. sometimes you just loose a bit on a deal...you'll make it up with the service you giv. It will come back to you. Out service the competition. I've beat other guys that way.

Vapes eh....the few shops I frequent don't like to mix the smoking weed part with the we sell grow stuff part. Hows your feelings on that Canna ?

Every store here does it

Might as well jump on the band wagon and what some of them are charging I can drop my price by 30-40% and still make crazy profit. Might be different in other provinces lower main land is more relaxed. My store is also no where near walk by traffic so only regular customers see them and online once I get the website going. Just trying to come up with a name for that section of the store.

I've used the Solo and like it. Air is like the Solo but much smaller. Pax was good when testing but used up weed up a lot.

Ya the stores here rarely mix it. They try to pretend they are NOT about MJ at all. Interesting it's done differently there.

Its a thin line. Talking about MJ is still a no no but much easier with the licensing limbo. As for Vapes I personally don't care. The main thing was CRA not the law enforcement.

which I guess would go on the front of the shirt. Not sure about the layout of the sentence I guess it'll have to be in two levels. Some kind of a border or design around the words would be cool to make it stand out. I guess to keep it simple it should be on color.

Not atm well I was working on it but got 80% and then got sick of doing it lol. I've sold to several members here and on IC.

The vape one will be up in a month as its simple to design.
